Return Policy
At Clovere-Dublin, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with the products purchased through our platform. If your order does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us so that our team can assist you promptly.
How to Return Your Order
If you decide to return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving them, we will issue a full refund within five business days after receiving the returned items. However, please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
Steps for Returning a Product:
- Email us at Support@clover-dublin.com, stating your intent to return part or all of your order.
- Wait for a confirmation from our customer service team to ensure the return is accepted.
- Carefully pack the product(s), preferably in the original packaging.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- Share the tracking code (Track & Trace) with our customer service team.
- Once the package is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals.
- Custom-made items.
- Personalised products.
- Products that, by nature, cannot be returned.
- Products in the "Beauty," "Baby & Kids," and "Sports" categories due to hygiene measures related to COVID-19.
Return Address
The return address is provided by our supplier and will be communicated upon approval of your return.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is immediately processed within our system.
Damaged Products Upon Delivery
We sincerely apologize if your product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after this period.
To resolve this promptly:
- Email us at Support@clover-dublin.com with a photo clearly showing the damage. Ideally, place the product on a flat surface where the damage and label are visible.
- For damaged products, we offer a free replacement. If the replacement product is also damaged, we will issue a full refund.
Manufacturing Defects After Use
If your product develops a manufacturing defect over time, please contact us. Note that wear-and-tear items such as belts, batteries, brakes, chains, lights, and other movable parts are not covered.

Incorrect Delivery
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us, and we will rectify the issue by sending the correct item at no additional cost.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is delivered to your address or a postal collection point and is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to the supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the full order value from the refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during delivery, we will first send a replacement. Our refund policy will apply only if the replacement package cannot be delivered.
Custom Duties
In rare cases, customs may charge an import duty upon delivery. While this occurs in less than 1% of cases, please contact us if you encounter any customs fees for assistance.
